Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for increasing restaurant sales by building partnerships with corporate offices and institutions. Your main focus will be to promote our services including CORPORATE - Food delivery, Dine-in Deals, and Catering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and engage with corporate offices, business parks, and co-working spaces to pitch food delivery, dine-in deals, and catering services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HRs, Admins, Facility Managers, and decision-makers.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities and partnerships for recurring meal orders or events.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate food solutions and pricing models.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales reports, visit logs, and follow-up schedules using CRM or internal tools.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or corporate services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with professionals at all levels.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and visits.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Basic understanding of food delivery and restaurant operations is a plus.
