Role: Business Development Executive / Manager
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years
Industry Focus: Digital Marketing & SaaS Sales
Domain Expertise: CRM Sales Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new leads from the UK/US market through outbound efforts (calls, LinkedIn, emails).
- Pitch SaaS and digital marketing solutions to decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, CTOs).
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline using CRM tools.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demo scheduling, negotiation, and closing.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product team to align strategies and messaging.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS or digital marketing sales.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong outbound sales skills (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting).
- Ability to work independently during UK/US hours.
Good to Have:
- Prior experience in a startup or agency environment.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.
- Familiarity with proposal creation and basic contracts.
