About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Noida office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front-desk responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure office security protocols.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing office calendar.
- Handle basic administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for daily operational needs.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role (freshers with good communication may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
