Magari & Yavanika are currently present in Bangalore and Hyderabad, with each store being over 10,000 sqft, and are going to continue to expand their presence across the country. Magari currently retails Furniture, Kitchens & Wardrobes and also has Fabric & Furnishings in its stores retailed under the name of Yavanika.
Treelight Design is amongst the leading Architecture & Interior Design firms in the country who`s projects range across residential, commercial, hospitality, F&B, and retail.

Key Responsibilities:
· Generate leads and meet with customers/clients to help foster relationships.
· Driven down to sales Closer and linked to monthly/Quarterly and Quarterly targets.
· Creation of sales pipeline and opportunities to increase sales of the business.
· Relationship management from a business opportunity perspective - Consistent engagement and interaction with key figures to ensure that relationships are nurtured and maintained.
· Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, customers, partnerships, products & services, or new ways of reaching existing markets.
· Increasing the value of the current customers while attracting new ones.
· Representing design events, conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Knowledge about the business and its products, and be able to advise others about them.
· Ensuring consistent cross-functional coordination with internal teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
· years with proven experience in Business Development with a strong track record & achievement.
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively
· Proven ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
· Sound understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and execution.
· Proactive, self-motivated, and able to perform with minimal supervision while managing ambiguity.
· Knowledge of the Furniture or interior design industry will be an added advantage.
