Location: Navi Mumbai | Reports to: CEOType: Full-Time | Seniority Level: Leadership TeamRole Purpose:To lead and scale Vashi's marketing function, building a powerful brand that inspires trust among industrial B2B customers and propels the organization towards its strategic goal of achieving 1 million annual believers. This role will design and execute marketing strategies that drive brand equity, lead generation, customer loyalty, category leadership, and expansion into new cities, verticals, and customer segments. Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy and PositioningOwn and articulate the Vashi brand purpose aligned with "Uncompromised Quality, Unwavering Service, Unmatched Trust."Develop a long-term brand building strategy that resonates with core customer personas: industrial buyers, project managers, OEMs, factories, EPC contractors.

Lead brand refresh initiatives as necessary across digital and offline touchpoints. Demand Generation and Customer AcquisitionDesign and implement multi-channel campaigns (digital, field, events, partnerships) to generate high-quality B2B leads. Collaborate with Sales and Strategy teams to create regional marketing plans for our 40+ focus cities.

Create scalable, repeatable playbooks for new city entry marketing. Customer Engagement and Loyalty MarketingConceptualize programs to increase believer scores across customer segments. Design loyalty programs, account-based marketing (ABM) frameworks, and lifecycle engagement strategies to enhance wallet share and customer lifetime value.

Category and Solution MarketingDevelop strategic marketing plans for major categories (Electrical Distribution, Industrial Supplies, Renewable Energy). Support new category launches with Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and positioning plans.

Content and Thought LeadershipBuild a high-quality content engine (blogs, webinars, whitepapers) to establish Vashi as a trusted advisor in B2B industrial supplies. Partner with business units to create case studies, product showcases, and success stories.

Digital Marketing LeadershipDrive digital-first marketing across SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, CRM/email marketing, and website optimization. Implement marketing automation to create personalized, data-driven campaigns. Leadership and Team BuildingBuild and lead a high-performing marketing team including brand, digital, regional marketing, content, and design specialists.

Foster a culture of creativity, performance, and continuous improvement. Key Skills and Experience:12-18 years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in B2B, industrial, distribution, or allied sectors. Proven success in building brand equity and driving measurable demand generation.

Strong experience in city-level marketing and industrial customer acquisition. Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams. Strong understanding of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation, and analytics.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to scaling mid-sized organizations to large, brand-driven enterprises is preferred. Education:MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution preferred.
