Location: Pune
Experience: 2–7 years
Education: Bachelor's degree
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Work Mode: Both (Hybrid/Office)
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive student acquisition and institutional partnerships for our EdTech products. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a passion for the education technology domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through cold calls, field visits, and networking.
- Conduct product demos (online/offline) for students, parents, and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Develop strategies for lead generation and market penetration.
- Maintain CRM records, follow up with prospects, and ensure timely closures.
- Represent the company in seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to optimize offerings.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 2–7 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably EdTech).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with target-driven goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
