Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, new business development, and driving admissions growth through effective communication and relationship management.
This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong focus on business development and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture leads through effective communication.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing students.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets.
- Support admission processes and ensure smooth student onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance conversion and outreach strategies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
