Day in the life:
Recruitment Leadership
- Lead end-to-end recruitment operations across all GCC pillars, including volume, niche, and leadership hiring.
- Partner with the GCC Head and business leaders to forecast workforce demand and deliver against manpower plans.
- Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team with strong delivery, agility, and business alignment.
- Design sourcing strategies using digital tools, social platforms, and partnerships to create strong candidate pipelines.
- Drive employer branding campaigns that position the GCC as a preferred global talent destination.
- Implement data-driven dashboards and recruitment analytics for visibility on KPIs (time-to-hire, source mix, offer ratio, cost).
- Introduce process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
- Manage agency partnerships, internal mobility programs, and governance around hiring policies and approvals.
- Collaborate with global talent teams to ensure consistency in recruitment standards and compliance.
Workforce Effectiveness & Retention (Strategic Support)
- Partner with GCC leaders on workforce planning, succession readiness, and role design for scalability.
- Support performance management and development discussions to ensure clear goals and accountability.
- Provide insights on talent movement, attrition trends, and engagement actions that strengthen retention.
Align recruitment outcomes with capability development and diversity objectives.
Governance & People Experience (Advisory Role)
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, global standards, and local compliance in all hiring processes.
- Collaborate with HR Operations to deliver seamless onboarding, induction, and transition experiences.
- Support initiatives that enhance culture, communication, and leadership engagement within the GCC.
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
- Postgraduate or master's degree in human resources or business administration.
- 8–12 years of experience in HR with strong focus on recruitment leadership.
- Experience in managing large-scale, multi-region hiring operations within GCC/GBS or global organizations.
- Prior exposure to performance or HR business partnering will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS systems.
- Expertise in Hirring management, recruitment analytics, and workforce reporting.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboarding skills.
- Exposure to process automation (Power Automate, UiPath) preferred.
- Flexibility to work across multiple global time zones.
