About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for the North Zone. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales hiring, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector, and will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from understanding business requirements to onboarding selected candidates.

This role is best suited for a proactive, result-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and frontline roles across the North Zone.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower plans and hiring needs.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, professional networks, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination to ensure timely closures.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet future business requirements.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring adherence to TAT and quality standards.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor hiring practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in end-to-end sales hiring (BFSI sector preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sales role dynamics, profiles, and market availability.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, job boards, and social media sourcing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
  • High energy, result-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven setup.
