Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager based in Noida. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end recruitment, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, implementing employee training and development programs, handling performance management, and cultivating a positive company culture. The HR Manager will also supervise payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives to support overall organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Management
  • Experience with developing and implementing HR Policies, Compliance, and Labor Law Adherence
  • Skills in Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Training & Development
  • Proficiency in HR Analytics, Payroll Management, and Benefits Administration
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are a plus
