Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle & Engagement

• Manage the complete employee journey, including onboarding, induction, orientation, and
smooth integration of new hires.

• Manage smooth exit of employees ensuring all compliances are met.

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees on policies, benefits, job responsibilities, and
career progression.

• Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and counseling support.

• Facilitate buddy programs, employee satisfaction surveys, and engagement activities.

• Support attrition control and retention initiatives; prepare quarterly HR reports for
management.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records and lifecycle data in HRIS and manual systems.

• Manage payroll coordination – collect and review monthly inputs, liaise with the finance team,
and support F&F settlements.

• Ensure implementation and compliance with all HR policies and processes.

• Oversee statutory and compliance requirements, including HR legal obligations.

Vendor & Benefits Management

• Coordinate with vendors for recruitment, background verification (BGV), and other HR services.

• Manage background verification end-to-end: initiation, follow-up, and report closure.


• Oversee corporate employee medical benefits (GMC, GPA, endorsements, card distribution, E-
care platforms like ekincare/Practo).


• Work with recruitment vendors for interview coordination, offer rollouts, and onboarding
formalities.

HR Metrics & Systems

• Track, maintain, and report key HR metrics and dashboards for leadership review.

• Update and optimize HR tools/databases to enhance process efficiency.

• Ensure accurate HR reporting across departments and locations.

Talent Acquisition Support

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule and manage interviews.

• Work with recruitment vendors for candidate sourcing, screening, and interview setup.

• Assist in securing offer approvals and managing the offer rollout process.

• Support smooth transition from selection to onboarding for new hires.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience in operations/transactional HR.

• Hands-on experience with HR systems (Zoho, greytHR, Oracle, etc.) and proficiency in MS Office
(especially Excel).

• Fair understanding of HR law, statutory compliance, and employment regulations.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (employees, vendors, finance, payroll) in a fast-paced
environment.
