Full-Stack Marketing Executive (Jewellery Industry)

Location: Navsari (Full-time, In-office)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required: 3–5 years

About the Company

We are a growing jewellery house managing two brands — JewelMount (B2B jewellery manufacturing and sourcing platform) and FineDiamonds R US (luxury retail diamond jewellery).

We work with clients across India, UK, Custom-made designs, live dynamic pricing, and premium handcrafted pieces.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, result-driven Full-Stack Marketing Executive who can independently manage all digital marketing operations — from social media content to paid ads, email campaigns, and brand growth.

You will handle both JewelMount (B2B) and FineDiamondsRUS (Retail) brands under one role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google).
  • Create and post social media content, including Reels, product highlights, and stories.
  • Design and edit promotional materials (images, videos, banners) using Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google; track ROI and conversions.
  • Handle email marketing via Mailchimp/MailerLite — newsletters, product updates, offers.
  • Optimize website content for SEO and maintain brand consistency.
  • Generate leads for B2B clients and drive online orders for retail jewellery.
  • Track performance analytics and prepare weekly marketing reports.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva / Photoshop / CapCut / Mailchimp.
  • Excellent English communication & creative writing skills.
  • Understanding of luxury branding, aesthetics, and jewellery market trends.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of managing all marketing tasks independently.
