Job Title: Sales Executive – Solar EPC (Residential & Commercial Sales) Department / Function: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: As per assigned territory Role Purpose / Summary Responsible for generating leads and closing sales for residential and commercial rooftop solar EPC projects. Focused on increasing adoption of solar energy by engaging homeowners, SMEs, and commercial establishments. Key Responsibilities Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company's products and services Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate customer and sales data Identifying and qualifying potential leads through cold calling Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals Site visit for measurements Qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions aligned with the company's offerings Design discussion with design team and explain design to customer Upgrade design and quotation as per customer requirement Loan process discussion with customer and team members, if loan require Decide Payment terms and condition Document collection & Work Order sign to customer Give update to the customer for each project step File handover after project completion Provide post-sales support to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction Make good relation with existing customers and get high potential referrals Qualifications & Experience Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Business preferred). 1–3 years of sales experience (solar sales experience preferred). Strong communication and convincing skills. Skills & Competencies Good knowledge of sales and marketing techniques. Ability to explain technical products in simple language. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Performance Metrics / KPIs Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets. Number of new clients acquired in residential & commercial segment. Quality of client service and satisfaction. Consistency in reporting and pipeline management. Other Requirements Willingness to travel within assigned territory. Ability to work under pressure and flexible timings. Remuneration / Benefits Salary: 3LPA to 4.5LPA + Performance based incentives. Travel allowance and mobile reimbursement. Leave benefits as per company policy
