About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly skilled Accountant Executive to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end accounting, MIS reporting, and marine insurance documentation, along with a solid understanding of multi-currency accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts
  • Handle accounting up to finalization, including preparation of financial statements
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support management decision-making
  • Work extensively in Tally ERP for data entry, ledger maintenance, and reporting
  • Manage marine insurance documentation and ensure compliance with required procedures
  • Perform multi-currency accounting, including foreign exchange reconciliations
  • Use Advanced Excel for financial analysis, data validation, and reporting (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Collaborate with other departments to support audits, tax filings, and monthly closures
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Accountant Executive or in a similar accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles up to finalization
  • Expertise in MIS reporting and financial data analysis
  • Proficient in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel
  • Prior experience in marine insurance and handling related documentation
  • Understanding of multi-currency accounting and foreign transactions
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Smart, analytical, and a quick learner
  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
