Role Overview

The Specification Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and government bodies to promote DPI's range of daylighting solutions. The role involves supporting project specifications, conducting presentations, and ensuring DPI products are incorporated at the design stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, government departments, and developers.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities in commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to promote DPI's solutions.
  • Ensure inclusion of DPI products in project specifications and tender documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, and technical) to provide accurate information and project support.
  • Track project progress from specification to execution.
  • Maintain a project database and provide regular updates to management.

Education & Skills

  • Education:

  • B.Arch or B.E. (Civil/Mechanical) or Graduate in Science.

  • MBA (Marketing/Business Development) will be an added advantage.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent and effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of architectural drawings, construction processes, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in dealing with architects, government bodies, contractors, and developers.
  • Experience in the building materials, construction, or lighting industry will be preferred.
