Role Overview:

We're seeking a Chef with an entrepreneurial mindset who can take charge of the kitchen, develop signature dishes, and share our vision of expanding the brand. The ideal candidate should bring both culinary expertise and business enthusiasm to the table.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead kitchen operations and manage food preparation.
  • Develop and innovate the menu (multi-cuisine / continental focus preferred).
  • Maintain high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Contribute financially or through sweat equity as part of the partnership model.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef / Sous Chef / Associate Chef.
  • Strong leadership and creativity in food presentation.
  • Interest in business growth and willingness to invest or co-own.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Thrissur.
