Role Overview

We're looking for a Community & Building Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and enhance the resident experience. She must be able to control the surroundings, have a keen eye for detail, and proactively manage situations. Her approach should be friendly rather than strict, as she will play an integral role in shaping the Hubode experience and fostering a positive community.

Your Impact

  • Handle resident queries and foster a community atmosphere.
  • Manage vendors, repairs, and compliance.
  • Maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-managed property.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years in property management, hospitality, or facilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields. (Recommended)
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, available and efficient in handling issues.
  • Ability to multitask and manage on-ground challenges.
