We are hiring - Sales Manager (High-Ticket Services)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and client acquisition efforts for AMS Biotechs premium services. The role involves working with international clients, developing tailored proposals, and managing the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals.
Location: Gurgaon or Noida, Hybrid (office & remote)
Position: Full-time, permanent contract after probation
Experience: 57+ years in direct sales, preferably in high-ticket consultative services (medical tourism, luxury travel, premium real estate, executive education, aesthetic services)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary sales interface for all international inquiries.
- Proactively generate leads through outreach, networking, and digital platforms.
- Conduct client consultations (via video calls, phone, email) to understand goals and requirements.
- Present and articulate AMS Biotech's service portfolio with clarity and impact.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and treatment packages.
- Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful closings.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Liaise between clients and clinical/operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions.
- Provide detailed weekly and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proven track record of sales in high-value, consultative services.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office.
- Experience in medical, wellness, or aesthetic services sales - additional advantage
