Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Business Development Manager – Schneider & AVEVA based Solutions.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting sales proposals, and negotiating contracts.

This role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in developing and presenting business proposals
  • Familiarity with Schneider & AVEVA based solutions preferable
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering / business / software preferred
  • Proven track record in business development or sales roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
