Role: Growth & Outreach Executive
We're looking for a proactive
Growth & Outreach Executive
who can blend
sales, strategy, and creativity
to help our agency grow. You'll focus on generating leads, scheduling client meetings, and supporting the content team with ideas that drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily outreach to potential clients through LinkedIn, email & calls
- Generate qualified leads and book discovery meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with the content team on campaign ideas & scripts
- Research new market trends and growth opportunities
- Maintain and track leads in CRM and follow up regularly
Requirements
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Interest in marketing, social media, and client growth
- Self-driven, ambitious, and result-oriented personality
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
Compensation
Salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000/month (based on experience)
Incentives: Commission on each closed deal + performance bonuses
