Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Global Sales Manager located in Mumbai with some work from home acceptable. The Global Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and building long-term customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, leading negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaboration with technical teams to offer system solutions that meet client requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Ability to develop and execute Sales Strategies and conduct Market Research
- Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
- Proficiency in managing and leading Sales Teams
- Technical knowledge of filtration systems and industrial solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering customer satisfaction
