Global Product Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and oversee the entire Farm & Forestry Tyres product line, managing the lifecycle from NPD to PLC.
- Design and implement the Global Product Portfolio Strategy & Roadmap.
- Support P&L objectives, with a focus on portfolio pricing and profitability.
- Translate customer and market insights into product requirements for current and future product development.
- Drive strong sell-outs by coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and lead the introduction of new products.
- Conceptualize and execute channel strategy in collaboration with the field sales team.
- Collaborate with R&D/Technical teams on product innovation, PLC, and NPD services.
- Partner with regional and global business leaders to deploy portfolio strategies effectively.
- Build strategic relationships with OEMs to support product development and marketing partnerships, ensuring numeric and volume-weighted OE launches.
- Conduct competitive market surveillance to maintain an edge in product positioning.
- Provide functional training and knowledge support to teams.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications & Experience
• Education: BE/B.Tech (Agricultural, Mechanical, or related field) with MBA.
• Experience: Minimum 1015 years in product management, preferably in automotive/tyre/agriculture-related industries.
