Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Database Administrator.

  • Proven hands-on experience with at least one of the following:

  • YugabyteDB: Experience with distributed SQL and/or distributed document-oriented databases. Familiarity with its PostgreSQL and/or Cassandra API is a plus.

  • MongoDB: In-depth knowledge of MongoDB architecture, replication, sharding, and the administration of MongoDB Atlas or on-premise installations.
  • PostgreSQL: Strong experience with PostgreSQL architecture, performance tuning, and high-availability configurations like streaming replication.
  • MariaDB: Proficiency in administering MariaDB
