Job Title: Assistant Manager - Automobile Service Department

Reports to: Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to join our Automobile Service Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of Tele callers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Lead and manage a team of Tele callers to ensure efficient and effective customer support.

  3. Customer Service:

  4. Ensure excellent customer service standards are met, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.

  5. Service Operations:

  6. Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.

  7. Monitor and control service department metrics, such as productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  8. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance service quality and efficiency.

  9. Communication:

  10. Communicate effectively with customers, team members.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 1-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automobile industry.

  2. Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  3. Skills:

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Strong leadership and team management skills.

  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

  7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  8. Familiarity with automobile service operations and industry standards.
