
Customer Success Executive

As a CSE, you will deploy DigitalEdu's cloud-based solutions (ERP, SIMS, EduNova) at client sites, primarily universities & Colleges. You will ensure seamless implementation, user adoption, and client satisfaction through technical expertise and project management.
Role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with educational institutions and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business processes and system requirements.
- Assess client/Educational Institute requirements and tailor SaaS solutions to their needs.
- Plan and execute implementation projects, including timelines and deliverables.
- Configure and customize ERP/SIMS for admissions, fee management, and academic processes.
- Manage data migration and integration with existing ERP systems.
- Conduct training for faculty, staff, and students to ensure effective platform use.
- Perform system testing and troubleshoot issues during deployment.
- Act as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
- Coordinate with Institute Users for customised requirements & conducting UAT
- Provide implementation support, handholding and gather feedback for improvements.
- Monitor project milestones and progress using appropriate tools; ensure timely escalation of risks and issues.
- Prepare detailed documentation including business rules, data models, system workflows, and SOPs.

- Project Management: Proficient in planning and risk management
- Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites (India/global)
- Good ommunication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
