As a CSE, you will deploy DigitalEdu's cloud-based solutions (ERP, SIMS, EduNova) at client sites, primarily universities & Colleges. You will ensure seamless implementation, user adoption, and client satisfaction through technical expertise and project management.

Role & responsibilities

  • Collaborate with educational institutions and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business processes and system requirements.
  • Assess client/Educational Institute requirements and tailor SaaS solutions to their needs.
  • Plan and execute implementation projects, including timelines and deliverables.
  • Configure and customize ERP/SIMS for admissions, fee management, and academic processes.
  • Manage data migration and integration with existing ERP systems.
  • Conduct training for faculty, staff, and students to ensure effective platform use.
  • Perform system testing and troubleshoot issues during deployment.
  • Act as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
  • Coordinate with Institute Users for customised requirements & conducting UAT
  • Provide implementation support, handholding and gather feedback for improvements.
  • Monitor project milestones and progress using appropriate tools; ensure timely escalation of risks and issues.
  • Prepare detailed documentation including business rules, data models, system workflows, and SOPs.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites (India/global)
  • Good ommunication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
