Role Description
This is a full-time Insurance Sales Executive role based on-site in South Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include engaging potential clients, analyzing their insurance needs, and providing customized insurance solutions. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, assisting with insurance policy selection, managing renewals, and ensuring excellent customer service. Delivering sales performance and contributing to the growth of Varsha Financial Services will be integral to the responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and an understanding of insurance products
- Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
- Effective Sales abilities in identifying customer needs and providing solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
