**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Sales**:

- Identify and target potential clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and expand the client base.
- **Client Consultation**:

- Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Demonstrate the value of insurance products and how they meet clients’ needs.
- **Policy Management**:

- Assist clients in selecting the appropriate insurance policies based on their needs and budget.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional service to clients throughout the policy lifecycle, including post-sale support and follow-ups.
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues related to their insurance policies.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
- Utilize market insights to adjust sales strategies and improve performance.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client satisfaction.
