Job Description: Sales Executive (Health & Motor Insurance)

Position: Sales Executive

Industry: Insurance (Health & Motor)

Location: Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411014

Salary : ₹28,500 - ₹40,000 CTC

Shift Timing: Day shift

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage prospective clients to generate sales in health and motor insurance.

Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service and support to existing and potential customers. Address queries, explain insurance policies, and close sales.

Documentation: Accurately handle and maintain all required documentation and records related to sales and customer interactions.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our insurance products.

**Requirements**:
Communication Skills: Excellent command of both English and Hindi with no MTI or RTI, grammatical or pronunciation errors. Strong written Hindi skills are also required.

Educational Qualification: Graduate from any field.

Certification: Versant 6 Certified.

Skills: Strong sales acumen and understanding of insurance products.

Availability: Must be willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift. Day shift for females till 9 pm and rotational shifts for males.
