**Job Title: Sales Executive - Insurance Bokers Industry**
**Location**: BKC, Mumbai MH
**Experience Required: 2**-3 Years (From General Insurance background or Insurance Brokers)
**Salary**: up to 4.8 LPA (Based on experience & other parameters)
**Employment Type**:Full-time
**Workdays**: Monday to Saturday

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Policy Processing & Coordination**:

- Enter & process policy proposals in insurance broking portals & insurer systems.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, refunds, and claims.
- Ensure smooth in warding of proposals & documentation compliance.

**Renewals & Client Servicing**:

- Follow up with corporate for renewals & payment reminders.
- Assist in policy upgrades, endorsements, and premium calculations.
- Ensure high renewal retention through proactive engagement.
- Support the sales team in policy quotations, proposals, and client servicing.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Manage insurance documentation, contract accuracy, and risk-related reports.
- Stay updated with IRDAI guidelines and changes in policy structures.
- Maintain trackers and MIS reports for internal performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory frameworks.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Experience**:

- 2-3 years in General Insurance backend operations, preferably in a broking setup. Experience in policy servicing, insurer coordination, and operational follow-ups

**Education**:

- Any Graduate (Preferred in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related fields).

**Technical Skills**:

- Sound knowledge of General Insurance products, endorsements & documentation, Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and broking portals. Experience in backend operations & process tracking

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, fraud risk assessment and client handling skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage workload effectively.
