Job Title: Part time E-commerce Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part time E-commerce Manager to manage our online sales operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as an E-commerce Executive and will be responsible for overseeing our brand website, managing online platforms, handling stock and orders, ensuring smooth client servicing, and maintaining daily e-commerce workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Platform Management

  • Manage and update product listings on the brand website and other online platforms.
  • Regularly revise product information, prices, and availability.

Stock & Order Management

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking when needed.
  • Supervise order processing, packaging, and on-time dispatch.
  • Manage payment follow-ups and transaction reconciliations.

Client & Sales Support

  • Respond to DMs, customer inquiries, and pre-purchase questions.
  • Handle client concerns and ensure excellent post-purchase service.

Content & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate product descriptions, visuals, and catalog details.
  • Prepare and update e-commerce performance reports using Excel.

Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless online-to-offline operations.
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns by maintaining updated listings.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an E-commerce Executive is mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data/content management.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Good communication skills for customer interaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
