Position: E-Commerce Manager

Company: Aspect Bullion & Refinery Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Marine Lines (Zaveri Bazar), Mumbai

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling e-commerce portals, managing product listings, coordinating with vendors, and improving online visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.).

· Create, update, and optimize product listings and descriptions.

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams.

· Track sales performance, customer feedback, and online reviews.

· Execute promotional campaigns, offers, and digital marketing activities.

· Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries efficiently.

· Prepare periodic reports on sales, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.

Required Skills:

· Qualification: HSC or Graduate (in any discipline).

· Experience: 1 to 3 years in e-commerce operations or related roles.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce platform tools.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online branding will be an advantage.
