Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Female)

Location: Indore

Working Hours: 10:45 AM to 9:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive (Female) to join our growing team at our established saree and ethnic wear store. We are looking for someone passionate about fashion, particularly in sarees, lehengas, and suits. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in guiding customers through our collection, offering them personalized shopping experiences, and helping them make informed decisions about their purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Assist customers by answering their queries, providing detailed information about our saree, lehenga, and suit collections.

2. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in ethnic wear, specifically sarees, lehengas, and suits, including fabric, design, and trending styles.

3. Sales Assistance: Help customers choose the best products according to their needs and preferences, ensuring they have a pleasant shopping experience.

4. Retail Support: Assist with daily store operations, including maintaining the store layout, ensuring products are well-stocked, and helping in inventory management.

5. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.

6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations team to meet store targets and maintain high service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Gender: Female candidates only.

Qualification: Graduate (Fashion industry)

Experience: Prior experience in retail fashion sales, particularly with sarees, lehengas, or ethnic wear is preferred. Experience in other retail sectors will also be considered.

Product Expertise: Solid knowledge of ethnic wear, especially sarees, lehengas, and suits, including fabrics, styles, and current trends.

Customer Service: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers professionally and help them with their purchasing decisions.

Retail Experience: Experience working in a retail setting, ideally within the fashion or ethnic wear industry.

Salary:

The salary will be negotiable based on interview performance, experience, and industry knowledge.
