**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct high-conversion telephonic counseling sessions and follow-ups to close enrollments.
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets by managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle - from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales data on CRM systems for reporting and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to align product offerings with market demand.
- Provide after-sales support and build long-term relationships to foster referrals and renewals.
- Participate in internal meetings, training, and development initiatives to stay updated on product knowledge and competitive strategies.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably within the **educational or ed-tech domain**.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills are a must.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-performance culture.
