Role & responsibilities

  • To develop and implement HR Polices and procedures that align with organizations goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that agreed transparent systems policies and Procedures related personnel and human resources development are in place.
  • Ensure HR and personnel polices with local labour laws
  • Overview maintained of HR database and records.
  • HR related training.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations including Health & Safety rules.
  • Generating Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer/ Relieving letter and their documentation.
  • Designing interview questions, conducting interviews and creating employment offers and packages for successful candidates.
  • Handling complete process of ESIC & EPF related matters like online monthly contribution challan preparation & its remittances, returns,
  • Montoring training needs and developing and managing employees training program.
  • Managing employee relations and conducting conflict management and resolution.
  • Enforcing company policies and leading disciplinary procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

  • preferably 10-15 years experience in with an export house of repute.
