AYAY Ventures is looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Manager with a strong background in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end HR function — from recruitment and compliance to employee engagement and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the complete HR operations and recruitment process.


• Drive hiring strategies for Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.


• Handle onboarding, training, and employee engagement.


• Ensure compliance, payroll coordination, and documentation.


• Contribute to policy design, performance reviews, and culture building.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR (Real Estate industry only).


• Proven track record in handling large teams and multiple departments.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills.


• Strong understanding of recruitment and HR compliance processes.


• Based in or willing to relocate to Noida Sector 136 for on-site work.
