Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior HR & Talent Manager with proven experience in the real estate sector. This role requires managing all HR functions while acting as a company spokesperson for talent initiatives and online presentations. The ideal candidate has firsthand knowledge of HR challenges in real estate, from recruitment to employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

~Lead end-to-end recruitment specifically for real estate roles (sales, marketing, operations, etc.).

~Develop and implement HR policies tailored to real estate organizations.

~Manage performance evaluations, employee engagement, and retention initiatives within real estate teams.

~Act as a company spokesperson for HR events, presentations, and online sessions.

~Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with real estate business goals.

~Ensure compliance with labor laws relevant to real estate operations.

Requirements:

~Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the real estate industry (mandatory).

~Proven track record in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement in real estate companies.

~Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations for real estate operations.

~Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

~Ability to handle multiple HR functions and projects in a fast-paced real estate environment.
