Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals with good spoken English skills to join our customer service team. As a fresher, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries, and providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Record customer interactions and update necessary databases.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fresher / Graduate (any stream). Only Male Candidates
  • Good spoken English and good communication skills.
  • Active listening skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Problem-solving and customer-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US Process)
