Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Care Executive located on-site in Mohali district. The Customer Care Executive will handle day-to-day tasks which include providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales team to address customer queries and enhance customer experience.
