We are hiring a Customer Care Executive with excellent English communication skills to manage customer queries, support requests, and order-related concerns for our international ecommerce clothing brand.

The ideal candidate must have experience handling customers from US/UK/International markets and preferably have worked with Shopify stores or fashion/clothing brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through calls (international clients).
  • Manage order status, returns, exchanges, and refund requests.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Provide product-related support for clothing, sizing, and styling queries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, marketing) to resolve customer issues.
  • Use Shopify (or other ecommerce platforms) to track orders, manage tickets, and process updates.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
  • Handle escalations professionally and communicate effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer support/customer care.
  • Must have excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Experience with international clients (US/UK/Canada/Australia).
  • Preferred experience in clothing/fashion brands or Shopify-based ecommerce stores.
  • Strong understanding of order management, ticketing tools, and customer support workflows.
  • Good problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work from office in Mohali.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹30,000.00 per month
