Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Escalations
Location: Mohali
Department: Customer Service
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to handle escalations and clerical support within the customer service department. The role requires addressing escalated customer queries, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day documentation and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain records of escalations, follow-ups, and resolutions.
- Prepare and update reports, trackers, and customer databases.
- Manage clerical work such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Assist in drafting and sending official emails or communication to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses and accurate information.
- Support the customer care team in administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably handling escalations.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle clerical/documentation work efficiently.
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹250,000.00 per month
