Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Escalations

Location: Mohali

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to handle escalations and clerical support within the customer service department. The role requires addressing escalated customer queries, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day documentation and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Maintain records of escalations, follow-ups, and resolutions.
  • Prepare and update reports, trackers, and customer databases.
  • Manage clerical work such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Assist in drafting and sending official emails or communication to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses and accurate information.
  • Support the customer care team in administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably handling escalations.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle clerical/documentation work efficiently.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹250,000.00 per month
