Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. The ideal candidates will handle customer queries, provide product information, process orders, and ensure a smooth and satisfying post-purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and on time.
  • Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and logistics for order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Follow up on pending customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Assist in improving customer service procedures and standards.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or related fields are welcome.

Work Schedule: Rotational shifts

Salary: As per industry standards
