We are seeking a seasoned
Implementation Manager
with 10–13 years of experience to lead
end-to-end HRMS implementations
. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless deployment, integration, and optimization of HR technology solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
end-to-end HRMS implementation projects
, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery of HRMS solutions.
- Configure and customize modules such as
Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Attendance
, and
Employee Self-Service
. - Implement and integrate
HRMS platforms
like
Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday
, or similar tools. - Ensure seamless
integration with enterprise systems
such as payroll, ERP, and ATS platforms. - Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Conduct risk assessments and proactively mitigate implementation challenges.
- Provide training and ongoing support to client teams during and after deployment.
- Document implementation processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Continuously optimize implementation methodologies to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with industry best practices.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
- Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
- 10–13 years of experience
in HRMS implementation and integration. - Proven track record of
at least 3 full-cycle HRMS implementations
as a lead. - Deep expertise in
HR processes, system workflows
, and change management. - Hands-on experience with
Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday
, or similar platforms. - Strong understanding of
HRMS integrations
with other enterprise systems. - Proficiency in
project management methodologies
and
Agile frameworks
. - Advanced skills in
data analysis
,
process optimization
, and
issue resolution
. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong documentation and organizational capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bangalore-based candidates only.
- Immediate joiners
or those with short notice periods. - Experience with
Zoho suite
(Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Analytics) is a plus.
