Principal HRMS and Omics/Biologics Market Development Manager

Overview
The HRMS and Omics/Biologics Market Development Manager is responsible for developing business, drive market development initiatives, promote newer technologies and create growth opportunities. This role combines strategic marketing with technical proficiency, deep and advance knowledge to shape business performance and is required to understand the challenges of High Resolution Mass Spectrometers (HRMS) products applications to diverse segment customers.
Responsibilities
- Promote newer HRMS technology products, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure alignment with organizational goals and continuous team growth.
- Analyze HRMS market trends and competitive information to identify new business opportunities and strategically position Waters HRMS products in the marketplace.
- Drive the pre-sales process by delivering engaging product demonstrations, generating interest, and stimulating demand from prospective customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales tools, including presentations and training materials, to clearly communicate the unique value proposition of Waters HRMS products to internal teams and customers.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotional high-impact initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support sales objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HQ/AHQ, sales, service, and support, to deliver a seamless customer experience and optimize customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, opinion leaders, and customers, attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in scientific field such as Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology from an reputed University and Doctorate Degree in similar field is essential
