Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Implementation Manager – HRMS Solutions. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of HRMS solutions, including interacting with clients to understand requirements, developing project plans, managing timelines, and ensuring successful deployment. The role also involves coordination with cross-functional teams, providing support and training to clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Experience with HRMS Solutions and Software Implementation
  • Knowledge in Compliance, Regulations, and Standards
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and on-site
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
