About the Role

Oracle Global Services Center (GSC) is seeking talented
Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Functional Consultants
to join our growing team. The role involves working on Oracle EBS HRMS implementations, enhancements, and support engagements for global customers. You will collaborate closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality Oracle Payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end
    Oracle EBS HRMS implementation
    projects with a primary focus on the
    Payroll module
    .
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and map them to Oracle HRMS functionalities.
  • Configure and test Payroll, Fast Formulas, Elements, Balances, and Legislative Data Groups.
  • Provide functional expertise in
    Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management
    , and related modules.
  • Perform system testing, UAT, and production support activities.
  • Work closely with technical teams for customizations, reports, and interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Create functional design documents and conduct user training.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in
    Oracle EBS HRMS Payroll implementation
    and support.
  • Deep understanding of
    Payroll processes, Fast Formulas, and statutory requirements
    .
  • Good knowledge of
    Core HR, Self-Service HR (SSHR)
    , and
    Time & Labor
    modules.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to
    Fusion HCM
    or transition projects from EBS to Cloud.
  • Experience working in
    global implementation
    or
    multi-country Payroll setups
    .
  • Oracle Certification in HRMS is an advantage.
