What will you drive?
- Assist in identifying training needs through surveys and consultations with employees
- Support the development and delivery of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
- Help maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Facilitate engagement initiatives to promote a culture of continuous learning and open feedback within the organization.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to measure effectiveness.
- Conduct research on the latest L&D trends and best practices.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks related to employee development.
Who are we looking for?
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources or business administration
- Strong interest in learning & development and talent management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
