  • Key Responsibilities:Primary Role: Open DMAT & Trading Accounts for customers.
  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, or field visits.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions.
  • Cross-sell additional products like Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance (Life/Health/General), and Wealth Management Products.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly account opening targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account openings, and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SEBI/regulatory guidelines.
  • Eligibility:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Excellent communication skills in Marathi Hindi/English.
  • Strong convincing ability and customer-handling experience preferred.
  • Salary & Incentives:Fixed Salary Attractive Commission/Incentives.
