Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, dispatching materials, inventory control, documentation, and ensuring a safe and well-organized environment. Candidates with experience in warehouse handling, stock management, or logistics will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure proper stock rotation, and conduct regular audits
  • Handle proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of materials
  • Perform loading/unloading of shipments and assist in cleaning shanks/wheels
  • Ensure implementation of safety standards and prevent damage or hazards
  • Supervise helpers or warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to company guidelines
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with industry norms
  • Prepare and update reports on inventory levels, stock movement, shortages, and discrepancies
  • Maintain all documentation required for audits and regulatory compliance

Key Requirements

  • Education: 12th Pass / Diploma in any field / ITI (Mechanical preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of warehouse or store management experience
  • Computer Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, basic data entry
  • Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting, loading, and material movement
  • Strong attention to detail, discipline, and reliability

Working Conditions

  • Warehouse environment with exposure to industrial materials Requires physical activities such as lifting, loading, unloading, and shanks cleaning.
