**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts.

Monitor stock levels and forecast inventory needs to prevent shortages or overstock.

Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies.
- **Receiving and Distribution**:
Oversee the receiving, storing, and distribution of inventory items.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of incoming and outgoing inventory.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for inventory replenishment.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
Prepare regular inventory reports for management, highlighting discrepancies and trends.

Analyze inventory data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

Track key performance indicators related to inventory management.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with procurement, sales, and operations teams to align inventory with business needs.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in inventory management.

Train staff on inventory processes and safety protocols.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with ERP systems (SAP and SAGE)

Knowledge of lean inventory principles and practices.

Certification in inventory management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
- **Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
