**4. Quality Control**: Inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards is often part of the role. They may be responsible for identifying damaged or defective items and reporting issues.

**5. Organization and Maintenance**: Warehouse operators help maintain a clean and organized warehouse. This includes arranging goods in a way that maximizes storage space and ensures safety. They may also be responsible for minor maintenance tasks.

**6. Shipping and Receiving**: Preparing shipments for outgoing delivery and receiving incoming shipments, including verifying paperwork and ensuring correct quantities, is part of the job.

**7. Safety**: Ensuring safety protocols are followed is essential. Warehouse operators must use safety equipment, follow safety guidelines, and report any unsafe conditions.

**8. Documentation**: Keeping records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities is often necessary. This may involve using computer systems and paperwork.

**9. Communication**: Warehouse operators need to communicate with other team members, supervisors, and sometimes with delivery drivers or vendors. Effective communication is essential to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.

**10. Physical Stamina**: This job often requires physical stamina, as warehouse operators may need to lift heavy objects and be on their feet for extended periods.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting may be preferred.
- Forklift certification may be required, depending on the employer.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform the tasks.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices.

**Salary**: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
